i teach fitness classes at a major national chain. this book is excellent. great ideas, wonderful pictures and tips. no diets (which i don't always like to have mixed with my fitness/exercise books). it's pure exercise moves using barbells, dumbbells, bands, stability balls and machines with good variety on each. if you workout at home only without a gym this probably won't work for you but if you're a gym person this is a great book.
